« The hosts were friendly and responded to a request about getting cords for the DVD. There were enough dishes, etc. comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, and I felt very comfortable, safe and at home in the condo. There were some dust issues and a trip hazard that I brought to the attention of the hosts, and they were appreciative so they could fix the issues. The luggage lift was great since the elevator was not working. »

« Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t. »

« It was a great location and blocked from the wind as we had a high winds during our stay. The side view was perfect to enjoy the balcony still. The luggage lift is amazing to bring items up. The actual condo is a bit dated, and the lock on the sliding door to the balcony no longer works as it’s rusted. This caused a bit of nerves having small kids they do have a blocking rod but a lock and rod would ease my anxiety. Anna who helps to manage the property was spectacular as she just happened to...

« Great communication by the host. The condo provided stunning views of the ocean and sunrise. It was equipped with everything to make Christmas dinner. Just make sure to bring kitchen towels and rag (we were prepared after reading other reviews). The table was the perfect place to build our holiday puzzle. »

« This condo has the best beach view of any condo I have ever seen anywhere. You can see the beach from the kitchen. If it’s cold you can sit by the windows and enjoy the beach just like you are on the balcony. Imagine 2 perfect lounge chairs on the balcony so you can relax and just enjoy the ocean. The ad doesn’t mention but you also have another balcony with a sound view. Did you forget some items? Don’t worry this owner has you covered. I have never stayed at a condo where so many...

« I really do hate to nit pick but just be aware this is a 2d floor unit with no elevator. The sofa and chair apoear to be patio furniture and not comfortable at all and very difficult to get up being so low to the floor. The bath tub would not enpty so stoid in dirty water to shower. Made maint. Aware and it was fixed the next. Plug for the bath room sink was hanging from a chain and look like mold on it. Not enough TP but some was brought when the tub was snaked. The bed made a noise underneath...
