We sat on the balcony multiple times just people watching. The master sliding door needs alittle work. Not a big deal, its just alittle noisy when the wind is blowing hard. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures including great views of the ocean and had everything we needed for our family of four. Make sure you read the TO BRING list before arrival so you can grab some necessities like hand soap and kleenex before you arrive. The property was right on the beach with easy access, so we visited everyday (despite the wind and cooler temps). There was an outdoor shower to rinse off sand on the ground floor, and the elevator was convenient. The other residents and renters were friendly. Parking was plentiful. We were a short drive from several tourist spots and good restaurants. We especially liked Nags Head Pizza and Duck Donuts.
