It was the best bed I have ever had in renting places in OBX for 30 years. Everything I needed was there. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. My favorite seafood market in walkable distance. The deck was private. It was quiet. There is the pattering of feet during waking hours above that I got used to quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. The host is very kind and helpful. I was very happy with my stay. "

"The DECK was absolutely perfect. A very accurate listing plenty of space, cookware/dishware, with a great grilling area. With multiple places to eat meals it felt like we were at 5 different restaurants. Location was nice - it was a short walk to the beach (2min) and a short drive to the fish market(3min)/grocery store(5min). Chuck (property manager) was very prompt to responding to emails for any of the questions we had throughout the trip."

"This house is the perfect place for a week in OBX! Extended family came together and had plenty of room to spread out to have our own space, and more than enough room in the main living and dining areas also! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large crowd, beds are very comfortable, and the elevator is perfect, especially for getting luggage in and out. The view of the beach was wonderful! Our whole family greatly enjoyed our week here!"
