Room was very dirty with mold around the shower. A lot of deferred maintenance, with cracked tiles everywhere, cracked shower surround. Hardwood floors in back part of unit were quite disgusting.
Will say location is great and nice to sit on the patio and listen to the ocean.
Nest time will spend a little more to stay at a cleaner hotel.
