Though the property is older, it is well maintained and clean. The rooms are easily accessed with door codes rather than cards that are easily lost or may malfunction. The beds are clean and comfortable. The rooms are well situated with a full view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon!

Excellent location on OBX. Super nice beach access and a pool. Wish we had been able to stay longer to take advantage of that! Nice breakfast in the morning. My husband did have trouble with the stairs as there was not a first floor room available. Clean rooms, good AC, and great staff!
