The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026. We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control. Joe, the host was more than helpful. He gave us an itinerary that was very informative, that really made our vacation even better. Which included detailed information on how to check in, places of interest, places to eat. The view was amazing! Sunrise was the best! The condo was just the right size for the wife and I and our two boys. The place was amazingly clean, and the complex had two swimming pools which were also very clean. Overall the whole vacation was one of our best. The weather was nice. The location was great, the beaches weren’t over crowded.
