Staff were always friendly and quick to respond to inquiries. Very clean and easy access to Disneyland and dining options. In-house food options were great, including Starbucks coffee. Highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay for us. Spacious rooms with great beds, linens and cleaning service. It was quite sound proof from ambient noise and had great blackout curtains and AC. The pool was lovely in a quiet corner with great views. Breakfast was better than most hotels with warm options, excellent coffee, real dishes and staff prepping the entire service.

Very nice and clean, loved the free shuttle to Disneyland. Nice pool and hot tub also. Wish there was a coffee machine in the room but there was a cafe in the lobby.

Right next to the Honda Center and close to Disney with a good breakfest for familys.

The rooms were very clean, but not spotless. We had to ask for staff to return to clean 'gum stuck in the carpet', found upon our arrival. For Elite membership status, breakfast was nice to have. Unfortunately at this location, the menu was limited, supplies were limited on some items; get there early or miss out; and felt repetitive; especially for longer term guests. This is a dated but very comfortable hotel. Location if perfect for shops and dining. Finbars Italian restaurant across the street is fantastic! O'Malley's on main street is also very yummy. The beds are very comfortable. It has a refrigerator and Microwave. We took advantage of the free shuttle service it to us to Pike Outlets in Long beach. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Staff went way out of their way to be helpful. They were friendly, very respectful and courteous. Front desk staff, maintenance team and room cleaners were clearly focused on providing superior customer service.

Very nice safe location that is walkable to Disneyland. Lots of dining nearby. We booked the family suite and loved how spacious the rooms were! Everything was clean and tidy.
