"Very nice property with great staff. Got upgraded to a higher room with pool view. Self park was easy and saved a few bucks from the valet price. Easy 10 min drive to Balboa Island. My kid was in the bathroom forever so I had to pee in some of the glasses provided. So essentially a two bathroom room."

"Because it is a more vintage hotel in a historic building I did not think it was going to be as clean as it was. I actually just traveled to Las Vegas and I would put their standards right up there with some of the nicest hotels in Vegas. It is rough there is no service and everything around the beach closes about 10 PM unless you want to get a drink at a bar. Location is gorgeous. Parking was kind of a pain."
