I stayed here during my vacation to Disneyland resort. To start the walking distance is a little over a mile and will take a little more than 30mins to do walking at a good speed. The hotel it self was okay. To start off with the good, the fridge and microwave were very clean and room service made sure towels were restocked and my personal blanket even got nicely placed out on two of the three days. The shower looked cleaned and there wasn't any major stains to be found. Also, they will hold your bags for you if you arrive too early to check in allowing you to go explore without lugging around your bags. As for the not so good, the shower water can stay cold if you are showering at a time with other people in hotel causing it to not get warm. There were a few hairs left in the bed and on the comforter. The usb ports in the lamps didn't work alongside with the iron. The shower head had a leak on the side that caused a lot of water to end up on the floor so I suggest laying a towel out before hand. The walls a very thin and you can mostly hear all the neighbors conversation. Lastly room service will turn off the ac leaving the room a little warm upon your return.

Unfortunately I was not happy with my stay. They started cutting the bushes super early in the morning which I understand but still it was extremely loud. They ran out of pillows. The pillows we had were flat. It was humid in the room even with AC on. There was no shower curtain. The covers were stained. The telephone didn’t work. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay and I definitely won’t be staying again.

Breakfast lady was Awesome! On the 2 day gave front desk a maintenance a work order ( little flying bugs coming out of sink. Came back to room that evening, the bugs were all over. Went to front desk to ask & to follow up on the work order. Front desk said that their was no notes or work order . ... Following day checked out asked if the Manager could give me a call. That front desk rep said yeh of course maybe he can credit you back one night. Manager never gave me a call or followed up with me. Guess some of the staff... Front desk ( the one I gave the work order to ) follow the example of their Manager but not following through with request & things that need attention! Ice machine was down by the office & my room. So for 2 day of my stay if I wanted ice & had to get to the front desk to unlock the pool area to use the ice machine their. Pool was closed due to them draining the pool & doing matenance. I've worked in Hotels & been Front Desk Manager. What happen to me is totally unacceptable, rude, unprofessional. Manager, 1 st Front desk person that I have the work request for matenance, & maybe matenance too Very Poor Customer Service!!!

The property itself 10/10. The staff was really nice. However, due to their mistake or "system glitch," 3 different transcations were taken from my account. The first 2 amounts were taken within 3 hrs of each other causing my account to overdraft. 1st amount put back but then the 3rd transaction was taken. Due to their mistake, I have 3 overdraft fees that shouldn't exist, a big negative balance with no absolute solution. Just please watch your accounts if you book this hotel. This experience makes it a 6/10 for me.

This room was completely wonderful perfect amazing for the price the only thing I could not deal with was how dirty the floors were I actually had to walk on two or three of my towels to wipe my feet before I got onto my bed that's the only complaint otherwise you guys are amazing.

. Was very noisy, you could hear everyone talking outside the door, we were on the first floor. Underneath the beds were dirty and disgusting full of trash. I took pictures. I went to the office and asked if they had a broom I could borrow and they said they did not and said they would ask housekeeping for one. They never did, my husband kept asking and kept getting the run around and the staff was rude. The staff kept telling my husband he wasn’t allowed to be there when he would try to get breakfast in the morning. Lots of homeless people around. Beds were not comfortable. You could hear the cleaning ladies talking smack about the guests. Felt like I was staying at a Motel 6. An overpriced Motel 6.
