"All was well but needs transportation to Disneyland cause we had blisters going back and forth."

"First off, the staff was extremely good to work with. I arrived early and planned on having them hold my luggage for a few hours. But they offered me a room easily at no charge, which was amazing. However the room had a very musty / mildew smell and an air freshener smell as well so I immediately asked for an alternate room. I am not normally one to make waves, but it was bad. They were very kind and allowed us to move rooms. The second room also had a mildew smell but I opened windows and hoped it would dissipate. I had promised my daughter we’d go a few places so we left but when we returned the room still smelled terribly. At the risk of being a “Karen” I requested another (yes 3rd!) room. They allowed the change again but informed me there were no other rooms open after this. I moved again and this room was better. Smelled like cleaner with a bit of mildew smell. But it was still there. I gave up at this point and took my daughter to the pool. I asked other guests on the elevator about the smell and they also had it. So I’ll say this. My husband likely wouldn’t have ever noticed it, but I have a smell sensitivity. If you do as well. I’d look elsewhere. Outside of that, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was decent, and the staff was really great. If it weren’t for the smell, I’d go back. But knowing it seems to be in at least most of the rooms, I won’t be returning. "
