The studio was cozy and perfect for me and my sisters. The outside patio was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. It is perfect location to access everything you needed. Cute and practical.

neat little one bedroom studio (i believe that is the correct term). the kitchen area is compact but well furnished, complete with oven/stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster, and basic kitchen utensils. everything was very clean.

Overall a good place
We had a small problem with a couple roaches but, quickly took care of that situation. Also, we had to fix the propane oven. Good thing we had a professional propane guy with our group. Overall a descent clean place. Small apartment under the main house.

Amazing stay!! Exceptionally Clean. Walking distance to the water. Gracious hostess with a plethora of ideas. Really wanted to hug her. My son found wild hermit crabs dancing on the beach. Plan on making this an annual trip God willing. Next year, we will bring our boat!! Thank you so very much

Perfect place for the 2 of us!!
We really enjoyed our stay in Rockport. Close to the water, grocery and restaurants! The outside patio was a perfect place to sit and relax. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great relaxing getaway.

Nice place close to everything
We had a pleasant stay (we stayed 4 nights). Rockport beach was 1mi away and Port Aransas was~45min (including the Ferry). The place has everything we needed for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 5yo). Beds were comfortable.

Perfect Rockport Studio
This was the perfect space for a family of four! We really enjoyed the outdoor games and how close the studio was to the beach. The host provides everything you could possibly need. We definitely recommend this property.
