I like that the rooms are in good condition refrigerator microwave nice TV air condition but the staff only gave me one key I had two rooms they gave me one key per room when I asked for two he said no

Property and location was okay. For the price. It could be better . More better pillows and blankets. Overall okay for a night . Little noisey towards the by parking. The floor is extremely dirty walking with bare foot. Wipe it with a towel and still dirty. Floors need to be mopped thoroughly or at least put carpets.

When I called to confirm my booking they told me they didn’t have my Expedia reservation. It took several more hours of frustration on the phone with them & Expedia to confirm my reservation. When we got there the man working was very rude. You cannot hear them through the glass in the checkin area. There were also bedbugs. Not a nice place to stay at all.

Harsh Lights
The room had harsh high intensity FAKE lights that were irritable, so I never turned them on. The TV had two annoying remotes that I could not get any basic TV channels. At least the heating/cooling worked do I could sleep!

This was a mistake. We should have left and found somewhere else to stay. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, with an attempt at covering this up with chemical cleaners. There was mold in the bathroom, and the fan had an unusable broken switch. The main bed cover had more holes than fabric in it. I don't know why Expedia recommended this motel. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, this motel scored. The exterior small lake had interesting birdlife, laughing gulls, and egrets. But that didn't make up for the dismal accommodation.

The staff of the property are VERY unprofessional and rude. Needs much more Security and Staff that are Understanding about their renters situation. They racially profile people of ALL races but their own & tend to penalize them for any and every suspicion they see fit with race. Then soon after ask u to check out and do r come back with NO refund.

No amenities; no microwave, as advertised. Dingy!👎! Staff cordial enough; sheets too small for bed; close to beach 👍 Thank God, I brought my own towels!! There’s are stiff & rough & thank God, I always travel with disinfectant sprays & wipes!! I would stay here again, knowing what to expect; I’ll be prepared.

The price was ok. Place was dirty non oking ro smelled like cigarettes. Linens had cigarette burnsand dirty. Its go9d for couple days for a guy but would not bring a family. Step above a roach crack motel.

I got bitten by bedbugs so badly they moved us to a room where the key doesn’t work at all and they know it so we have to get staff everytime we want to enter our room! Completely disgusted

This place is nasty ! As soon you walk in you smell smoke ! And there was cigarette burn marks in the bed sheets and covers ! And also the hotel front desk forgot to activate our room key ! Please don’t go here !!!

Insulting.
I have never been offended so badly by anyone in customer service. I walked in ready to check in. Firstly, the clerk does not know how to use the sales terminal, i was kind enough to go to the back and show him. After my free tech support, he asked me if I wanted a smoking room, I said no, he then proceed to tell me I should smoke to lose some weight. Mind You this was coming from a man that looked about 7 months pregnant. I will never go there again, they are lucky this was the only place close to massapequa with vacancies.

You can’t hear the guy behind the glass wall. So it was very difficult to register. Longer than necessary. The room was clean but the tub is so gross. I’m glad I only had to stay overnight so I could go home and shower. The beds are only slightly better than a prison bed and the pillows are so flat that even the two they give you still cause a crick in your neck. My back is on fire. I will not be back.

The ducks are the best part of the stay. Communication and understanding of the owners English was difficult I understand you’re from another country or just speak a different language but there should be a person there to translate better and answer the phones. Also very bad room service no cleaning unless we went to get the broom and toiletries from the front desk.

the property was very old and dingy. no updates whatso ever, there was a mattress on a sheet of plywood for a bed. When you turned the water on at the sink the water came on a little and then in aboutb10 seconds lost what pressure we has and just dribbled out of the faucet. It looked like it was rented to long term guesta which were very leary looking as they sat on chairs outside their rooms etc etc etc
