Parking was close to the room, convenient, available. Staff receptionist was wonderful, helpful and kind to our needs. Booked a room during a major sporting event happening near by. Was the cheapest option and was a smoking room left. It was a last minute business trip so I booked it. Someone called me and asked if I wanted a smoking room and I told them I would prefer a non-smoking. They changed the room to a non-smoking. The shower walls hadn't been cleaned they were disgustingly grimy. Nothing worked, not the TV remote or lights. Stains on the "clean sheets" I had an extra guest in my room helping me eat a loaf of bread. Mickey was not wanted in my room. No effort was made to compensate or refund my stay from the umwanted guest. Inhaled weed and cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room.
