"The location of this hotel could not be more perfect. It is so close to the T (subway), shopping, and restaurants. I felt incredibly safe in the location as well. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Devon at the front desk is absolutely AMAZING! She went out of her way to make sure my daughter’s 16th bday trip was perfect. The ability to text and ask questions of the hotel and get an immediate reply was so helpful. Yes the hotel is a little older and the rooms are small, but I loved the decor and character. Surprisingly the elevators are crazy fast and we never had to wait around to get to our floor."

"This property is in a great location because it is close to most of the historic sights and very walkable. The coffee machine and water dispenser in the community living room was great. Having a pub attached was really fun for an end of the evening cocktail and we watched a World Cup match in there with a bunch of cheering fans. The room had everything we needed and the deck staff always had a smile and helpful advice. We loved it!"
