**This waterfront property ** is only minutes from the ski hills, the trails, or the beach this wonderful four season home is available for your perfect getaway. Haven for golfers, we are located across the street from Livingstone golf club.

Spectacular Views from large balcony overlooking stunning sunsets and shimmering waters. Families love the walk-in and shallow waters. Boaters delight with access to boat launch and easy access to Marina's. The quaint village of Collingwood provides entertainment, restaurants, shopping and active living activities. Minutes from the famous hills of Blue Mountain for family fun or serious skiers. The location of this executive style mountain theme townhome is central to downtown.

The home is fully stocked with all the independence of living away from home. Great features include a cozy fireplace, upgraded kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ and accessible parking.

Lovely property, had a wonderful, relaxing stay
It's a lovely townhouse, with a stunning view of Georgian Bay, very convenient to Collingwood and its shops, but quietly located. The house itself is comfortable and fresh. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is quite finicky about whom she will rent to, wanting mature, responsible people who will take good care of the property.

Beautiful property with great view.
Very clean and cozy town house with a great bay view. We watched boats, swans and ducks go past each day. The property had everything needed to be comfortable during our 2-week stay. It's close to everything in the Collingwood/Blue Mountain area. The community is very quiet--especially during the week.
