Situated between Blue Mountains and downtown Collingwood in well-known Lighthouse Point, this home is perfect for those seeking skiing, arts, theatre, concerts, shopping; and many fabulous, quaint restaurants.
The open kitchen encourages family gatherings and socializing.
The property is well-maintained and winter maintenance is completed on your behalf.
Located on the 2nd level of a two-storey building, this unit is unique. Stairs, centered outside between the four units of this building, take you up to your second-floor unit, leading you to your private exterior entrance where a warm interior awaits you. Decorated with a warm winter palette, you'll find this condo comfortable and complete with a working fireplace, a large outdoor deck, and a BBQ.
There is a 90-day minimum stay requirement. AVAILABLE DECEMBER 1 2023 TO MARCH 31 2024 WITH NOVEMBER AND THE FIRST 2 WEEKS OF APRIL AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL MONTHLY RATE - TO BE NEGOTIATED
