"Outside and inside the hotel was very clean. Room was clean and very modern looking. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was veey nice. I like the small area in the lobby where you could purchase all kinds of snacks and many travel necessities you may have forgotten at home. I will stay here again when Im in Victoria next. "

"The staff were lovely....friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and very clean. It is the 1st time in our lives, that we have ever had a call from the front desk shortly after checking in, to ask us if we were happy with the room and if there was anything that we needed. Very classy! We won't hesitate to stay there again and will be recommending it to family and friends. "

"It was a nice for 1 overnight stay for me. Room was clean, staff was great & accommodating when I required additional supplies. Also made sure I had a ground level suite due to disability. They even allowed an early check in (I arrived by bus fr another city). My deposit was returned immediately, maybe b4 I even left the building ~ lol."
