We liked the friendly staff and enjoyed dinner at the pub restaurant when we arrived. The food was very good. The freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were a big hit. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We were pleased with our decision to stay here for two nights before our cruise.

Breakfast had many options hot and cold! Kitchen amenities in the room was very good.
If you are a light sleeper hotel not for you train goes by frequently and horn goes off. Overall quick access to highway and plenty of food options and stores for shopping.

This was our first time in Boston. The hotel was absolutely perfect. It is worth paying for a hotel right downtown. The location of the Harborside Inn was the best! We stayed 3 nights. We walked everywhere. There was no need for other transportation. Sightseeing, dining, shopping all within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!
