« Andre was super friendly and welcoming! We ended up booking this super last minute because of a family funeral that we had to attend, and it ended up being an awesome spot. The rental was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The reclining sofa and chairs were so comfy. There was a ton of cool artwork throughout the inside of the house. I'm shocked that no one mentioned in previous reviews that there is a koi pond in the front yard!! If the weather hadn't been so drizzly and we were...

We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table. »

« Modern and very clean apartment with all you need for your stay. The location is great with lots of nice restaurants and shops around Kalorama and Dupont. I stayed for two weeks while searching for a new home. I had to extend my lease a couple of times and the owners were very flexible, helpful and quick to answer any questions. The street is quite busy and noisy, but it didn’t bother me that much. »

« Our stay over Christmas couldn’t have been better! The house easily accommodated our family comfortably in the rooms and dining table. We cooked almost all our meals there over the holiday week. Good selection of utensils, matching plates glasses and cutlery, and helpful amenities like paper towels, bags, salt pepper oil. Plus coffee pods for Kieran. Having the 2 parking spaces was super helpful during the busy Zoo Lights time. We also enjoyed easy access to walk to the zoo and metro. Clean...

« The host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was amazing. The bed was comfy. I wish the floors were cleaner; rugs were dirty as was the bathroom floor. Our space was quite warm at 74 with no ability to adjust, kept opening the window. Also the tv/wifi didnt seem to work. Unable to load anything to watch. »

"La chambre a été impeccable, je suis logé depuis le 04 février 2026\. Cependant j'ai souhaité prolongé mon séjour de 24H et j'ai eu des soucis avec ma carte visa de ma banque étrangère mais le responsable d'accueil n'a pas été coopératif et a préféré me mettre dehors pendant que je cherchais une solution palliative à ce problème. j'ai demandé à un frère de me prendre une nouvelle réservation dans l'hôtel le temps que je contacte ma banque en Afrique avec le décalage horaire de six heures. Sur les huits nuitées, je quitte l'hôtel avec ce sentiment amère me menaçant d'appeler la police pendant ce temps je viens d'arriver sur le sol américain pour un voyage d'affaires avec itinéraire bien connu des services d'immigration. Le cadre est agréable, le service impeccable juste cette fausse note du superviseur de la réception. d'accueil n'a pas été coopérativefn'aper"

Seul bémol le service de navette de l’aéroport pour se rendre à l’hôtel, très complexe de rejoindre le desk et attente de 45 min. dans notre cas nous avons opter pour une autre option ! Pour le retour vers l’aéroport c’était simple et rapide. "

"La chambre a été bien nettoyée un jour sur deux. Les dames de chambre ont malencontreusement emporté deux pyjamas et une écharpe avec le linge, l’hôtel a été capable de nous retrouver un pyjama seulement. Nous avons réclamé tous les jours sur notre séjour de six jours. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiqué que nous devions faire une déclaration à la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! Et autre problème : Un matin, l’eau de la salle de bain était marron pendant 30 minutes. L’hôtel a indiqué que l’eau était coupée la nuit, donc c’est normal."
