Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. "The B&B website and other on-line links claims "...excellent breakfast" and "the best breakfast in Annapolis". What was served were mini grocery store bought pastry, no fresh coffee, no juice, no plates, no one around. In addition, they state that for a large fee you can have valet parking on-site. There was no valet. I requested a refund for the valet parking and used that money to have a decent breakfast elsewhere. "

"This motel is not in central DC but for our family of 4 it was quick uber ride to downtown for scheduled tours. The room rate and car parking rate was much better than the closer in properties. They have a nice breakfast, and the rooms were clean, attractive and with the usual amenities. We did find the TV was somewhat wonky to use but we weren't in the room much."
