"Rooms are run down and not clean floors. Staff would not accommodate us with a kitchen unit, which was available but remained empty, as our neohew that didn't request one, got it the next day. All rooms are quite in need of repairs. Our family stay require 5 rooms, beds were fine, but kitchen unit was very lacking. 3 fridges and no toaster, kettle or coffee pot. No kitchen garbage. Staff did not go out of their way even fir that."
