"This hotel is in the middle of nowhere with only a restaurant in the adjacent Days Inn. The room was big and well designed and furnished but the shower/tub are an issue, especially for seniors as there is nothing to hang on to in the narrow, slippery and sloping tub when showering. In addition there is no information in the room as to hotel amenities and the airport shuttle does not serve the Dorval Airport VIA rail station. The breakfast was decent."

"Our stat at Aloft was better than I expected. Airport hotels are not usually great. They’ve done a great job insulating the rooms. No plane sounds or sounds from other rooms. The staff at reception on check in was great. Young man, very friendly. Check out not so much. Older lady kind of stand offish. And I speak French. Pool was great. Room a little cold. Pool table in lobby was a great way to pass the time. Only real negative was breakfast was very basic. Walked across street to Sheraton where they had a full breakfast menu. It was very good and convenient. All in all I’d say we will be back. "

"Very close to both dorval via rail station and dorval int'l airport. (Within a few minutes). Great staff, clean room, fresh breakfast with free lobby coffee/fresh lemon water, all was perfect and comfortable!"

"Old neglected hotel, old furniture, dusty smell in bedroom, no A/C! There was heating on in the bedroom and there was no way to turn it down/off. I was thirsty and vending machine don't work AT ALL! It's creepy. Airport shuttle is not reliable at all. Had to complain to the front desk about it. They said the shuttle bus did come but didnt see me which is FALSE since I was waiting outside for the bus driver for more than 20mins! First time staying in that hotel and I don't recommend it! Never going back! Also, check-out time was at 11:00, I woke up at 10:35 to leave the room and cleaning staff came knocking at my door. I didn't answer the door since it wasn't 11:00 yet!!! Since they had no answer from me, they opened the bedroom door!!!!! Im glad I put that safe lock on that door!! Imagine if I was sleeping in my underwear only... and they open the door and see me like that?!? NO PRIVACY? Freaking disrespectful!!! Never going back there! Front desk keep complaining in Spanish (I speak Spanish) about his job! They were shouting at each other about departures and so on! Oh, a complete nightmare. DONT BOOK WITH THEM! "
