"The water pressure in the washroom was absolutely terrible. The bed felt like it wasn’t queen size. Other than that I think my stay at Aiden was decent"

"I had to leave the hotel because the room was really dirty. Stained bed sheets, the room smelled really bad and bathroom towels were not even organized, just thrown in the sink looked like they were not cleaned. The said they had no more rooms available so I left."

Workout room hot and no air circulation. No umbrellas available for guests. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Overall, the stay was good, but the hospitality could be improved. After the first night, it was difficult to get extra sheets and towels, and our room was not cleaned during the stay.The day before we left housekeeping stepped up. But overall everything else was good close to all the bars and good food."

"The Front desk was amazing and very attentive. They welcome us as we arrived and provided us great service. I felt recognized because when we were come and go throughout our visit, they remembered us, which I thought would be hard to do and even inquired later when I couldn’t find my credit card, later they asked, did I find it. Which I did, it was in my purse. Breakfast was delicious and they offered different items on different days, so kept it interesting, and they continue to refill items says they begin to get low, so we never had to wait. And the staff kept the tables clean and made direct eye contact when saying good morning. Very pleasant experience. Thank you"
