"Just come back from our second stay at John and Jacky's lovely apartment. We stayed in the lower apartment this time and although it doesn't have the use of the hot tub we found it better having the shade on the veranda. Once again scrupulously clean and nothing is too much trouble for John and Jacky. Would definitely book again."

" Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Viel Natur, schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter. Man kann sehr viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung machen. Im Umkreis von ca. 100 km haben wir sehr schöne Erlebnisse gehabt. Badeseen, Meer, Bergbäche mit Wasserfall, Städte, Dörfer, Berge,Tropfsteinhöhle und viele nette Menschen ! "We spent a wonderful holiday in a beautiful, idyllically located and just fantastic house. For us as a family with 2 children, we spent wonderful days at the pool and in nature, although it is a good half hour by car to the sea. Thanks to Claudia for the warm welcome, the many great tips and a wonderful holiday. We will definitely come again."

"We loved the apartment. The terrace afforded great views all around. The location was excellent. It was close to all the main sights, yet at the same time very quiet. Parking was relatively convenient—it was a short walk (though uphill), and cost only 2 euros/day. The apartment was well-equipped, though it would have been great if there is a bigger coffee maker—there was only a small “moka” so we had to wash it in the middle of breakfast in order to make more. "The hospitality and surroundings were exceptional. We greatly enjoyed our 2-week stay in rural Umbria, a part of Italy which remains Italian. The scenery is wonderful and if you enjoy cycling, walking or simply taking-in the unspoilt landscapes, this is certainly the place to stay. The property is maintained in excellent condition, has plenty of space and all the facilities you could reasonable ask for, and the owner lives only 30 minutes away should he be needed."

"Loved this place! So peaceful and relaxing, yet still within driving distance to nearby towns and great excursions. Federico and Abigail were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was light but fresh and healthy—croissants, homemade fruit cakes, fresh juices, a variety of coffees, even some homemade cheese. We especially appreciated the "honesty bar" with its nice selection of wines. We enjoyed a few glasses out on the terrace and in the cozy living room. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with thoughtful hosts."
