Very cozy and bright, it is composed of: kitchen / living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), laundry room and a splendid panoramic terrace / balcony from which to admire the beauties of the absolute historic center. The host, Alessio, is prompt in responding and super helpful with everything from parking to restaurant recommendations. The location is superb, literally steps from two of the major piazzas in the city, walking distance to everything you would want to do. We chose to park our rental car on the street nearby -- it was cheap, easy, and safe. You can drive your car right to the apartment to unload your luggage, then drive to the parking where it costs 1-2 euros per day. It is a five-minute walk back to the apartment. There is a speedy elevator that takes you to the third floor; the apartment is on the fourth floor, so you have to walk one flight. The outdoor wrap-around deck affords beautiful views of the piazza and the mountains in the distance. After having stayed in a 12th century castle in Greve, we especially appreciated the MODERN PLUMBING! If you are considering a visit to Ascoli Picena, we highly recommend this delightful city and this comfortable, spacious, clean apartment. ##### Colleen M. The terrace afforded great views all around. The location was excellent. It was close to all the main sights, yet at the same time very quiet. Parking was relatively convenient—it was a short walk (though uphill), and cost only 2 euros/day. The apartment was well-equipped, though it would have been great if there is a bigger coffee maker—there was only a small “moka” so we had to wash it in the middle of breakfast in order to make more.
