« We had an amazing and very restful time at the cottage in late December. It was in the offseason but the cottage was a great base for exploring Cape Cod and taking walks on the beach, which is just steps from the cottage. Will definitely be going back next year. »

« This place isn't fancy but it is clean and well cared for. My daughter liked having her own private suite downstairs which would be great for other teenagers and young adults traveling with family. « I liked the idea that it was so close to my nephews house. The area was quiet and easy to park. The road to get to it could be better.its dirt and if your car don't sit high enough could bottom out. But that's not the condo's fault the city needs to fix that other than that great experience for me as this was 1st time I've ever rented a condo. I would definitely would rent from again. Mike »

« The location was perfect for us. Just the right balance of driving and walking distance sites. Dan the property manager was attentive and quick to answer all my questions. His guidance was right on point! I have been working on the Mayflower and Colonial times study with my daughter we loved the sites and hands on attractions. Would love to visit again! »

« The condo was relatively clean but the glade/febreeze plug ins were overwhelming. I had to remove them in order to breathe. Even though there was AC it was hard to push the cool air into the back rooms. Being on the first floor-“basement “ level, we could not open the windows or get a sea breeze into the condo.
