« The location of the unit was in fact steps from the beach. The pool is rather small but not many people used it. The weather was rather hot and the unit does not have a/c but does have a ceiling fan in bedroom and living room. We also brought our own fan. The unit had an additional fan but it made a lot of noise. We had issues with the wifi and I wasn't able to connect with management until the next day after many hours of troubleshooting it myself. « The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay in beautiful Carpinteria. It was only a block from the beach and a short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. We hardly needed to use our car. A wonderful surprise was the EV charger in the parking area for our electric vehicle. We also took the train a couple times to Santa Barbara. We walked to the train station - it was very easy and relaxing! Chris was very quick to answer any questions. We hope to come back...
