We found this little condo sparkling clean, lovingly decorated, and well equipped. It’s a small space but very comfortable for my sister and I. It’s more like a studio-plus, so sister took the bed and I used the couch. The couch was amazingly comfortable-I slept really well every night! The property as a whole is very pretty and well maintained. The beach is very close, just down the stairs and across the street. Our host, Chris, was easy to reach and was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable condo close to a wonderful beach with amazing sunsets. Short walking distance to the The Spot with the best burgers & fun Island Brewing. We very much enjoyed our visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Small apartment a football field from the beach. Had everything my wife and I needed for a pleasant week in Carpinteria.

It was very nice and so close to the beach. I thought from the pictures it was a one bedroom, but it is a studio apartment. It was perfect for what my son and I needed. We had a great time and love staying in Carp and near the beach.

What a lovely Condo! It’s very well appointed and close to the beach. Everything was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. My only suggestion would be to state that it does not have a beach view.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay in beautiful Carpinteria. It was only a block from the beach and a short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. We hardly needed to use our car. A wonderful surprise was the EV charger in the parking area for our electric vehicle. We also took the train a couple times to Santa Barbara. We walked to the train station - it was very easy and relaxing! Chris was very quick to answer any questions. We hope to come back someday!

Cozy in Carp

A great location in Carpinteria. Perfect for us. We bike and fish and being from Palm Springs even days without sun are wonderful.

Perfect for the two of us

We tent camped for years and camped in our little Airstream trailer for more years. Now we condo camp. The secured parking is very nice too.
