« Eva's place was perfect for what we needed. She was immediately responsive whenever we needed to communicate. The place was cute, clean and had everything we needed. Plus a nice little yard space to sit in if we only had the time. Pet friendly. And she was great about accommodating our son as he was able to get last minute leave and join us for the weekend. Great location, near Lake Casitas and Ventura. We will look to stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks for hosting Eva! »

« Bed was really comfortable! The place was quiet and clean. I would go back however, when we we’re loading the car to leave I was still in the room and someone that lived in the main house slammed the gate to the room! Just thought that was slightly odd and rude??? »

« The property was reasonable. There is a family living on the property that has a dog and a toddler age child. We were not expecting this and it was disruptive at times to my elderly parents. The tenants were very present during our family’s stay, so it created a bit of interruption. Overall the location is good and the room was pretty clean. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. « When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the Vrbo. There were leaves all around the outside and the patio was dirty. Inside it was bare bones. There were five glasses that were plastic and old. It was not up to the price I paid. I was surprised and we left early. No pride in ownership. Host was great. And it was clean inside. »

« We enjoyed our stay at Meiner’s Daughter. Hot tub and hammock were both great places to relax and watch the “pink moment” ojai sunset and the moon… or marvel at the beautiful oak trees that nestle the patio space. So peaceful. »

The area was very quiet and the grounds were so zen like and appropriately designed. Communication was very good and I cannot think of one negative thing to say. « Excellent stay, the property is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the parking lot and facing some beautiful properties up the hill. It's a well stocked and very well maintained apartment. An absolutely serene common area was just across the parking lot - not far from the apartment building. The owner has done an excellent job with creating a little Bali oasis on the edge of Summerland. Natty was responsive to our concerns. We hope to stay again some time soon! »
