Mindy and Ian were so friendly and welcoming; Mindy even left us a personal note with a bottle of local wine and lemons from their tree. The villa is gorgeous. It is beautifully appointed, stocked with everything you need, and very comfortable. The view of the canyon out to the ocean is stunning, especially at sunset. We were sad that we had only booked one night and had to continue on our trip. Next time we will stay longer! Definitely recommend. ##### Tammy P. The house was spotless and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and very helpful throughout our stay. The bed was so comfy! We slept well! We were met by Sena who oriented us to the property, then later by Mindy, the host. It was VERY quiet and private. You couldn’t walk into town but it was a short 5-10 minute drive into Santa Barbara. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine provided by Mindy and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The kitchen had what we needed, small but functional. We would definitely stay here again! Mindy was wonderful and we felt very safe and cared for!! ##### Sandra F. We were here to drop our daughter off at college, so we didn't spend much time in the space, but the host was fantastic and accommodating. Would definitely rent from her again. It's very quite, with a dark, starlit night sky and a serene view with a cute balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The owners have optimized the space through tasteful furnishings, kitchen supplies and decor. My husband and I were quite comfortable and able to easily prepare simple meals (mostly lunches). I have traveled all over the world and this is one of the most exquisite views I have ever been privileged enough to see. God’s art was ever changing moment by moment! The attention to detail and all the little things made this a place to remember. I would suggest renting a vehicle to explore all of the wonderful places around Santa Barbara!!
