"Nice size room! Bed was comfortable & everything clean. Employees were gracious. Breakfast was excellent! Only problem was the window shade kept breaking. Was fixed quickly, the 1st time, but broke again the next day. Close to restaurants & beach, "

"There was only one person working in the front which was frustrating. The line to check in was out the door and the app wasn’t working. The free bikes were a nice touch. Beautiful property and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc."

"There wasn't any staff when we arrived (4:30pm) and had to use the kiosk to check in. There was a guy from India with a fairly heavy accent, which made it more difficult to check in. Somewhere it needs to tell you what you need to check in with, ie license plate number, drivers license etc. Also, closed captions of conversation would be very helpful for hearing impaired and/or loud lobbies. Even my 10 y/o couldn't understand what he needed from us. The room floor was absolutely filthy! I mean black. Like it had not been mopped in 5 years. We did not have a microwave (which was shown in the pictures) and the bathroom door would NOT stay closed. The sink backed up if you ran the water. They did not provide enough towels, we had to get them from the pool and they are not crisp white! I cannot vouch for the staff as the only folks we saw were the cleaning crew and they didn't have much to say nor a smile... The grounds are nice. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice. The pool was a bit cold, but when you get the courage to get in, it is quite refreshing. There's plenty of parking. They are also pet friendly, which was great! Very east access to the freeway and close to the beaches, Overall, I would not stay in a Motel 6 ever again - and this was our first time using this chain. I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, but this was beyond grungy."

"I checked in at 3PM Friday, placed our luggage and things in the room, then went out to dinner. I got back to find my door open, a plumber with a work table in the entrance, and the plumber was in the middle of replacing a faucet. This was my honeymoon and after a romantic dinner, we walked into this. I was upgraded to a suite, but it was actually a downgrade. I had chosen my original room because it had a balcony, table, and chairs facing the beach and would had a great view of the sunset. The suite's sofas were filthy, stained, and worn out. The view was worse, it was of the roof and AC units. Breakfast was overpriced for how simple and cheap the food was. Eggs sausage and potatoes. Pay to park in their own parking lot was tacky and cheap. Will not return. "

"It overlooked the beach and food was great. Just spendy. Cable never worked no water pressure. Little parking. Had to pick up food for the room. Steak dinner was great but no plates plastic silver ware. Night time to much noise from downstairs. I won't recommend to anybody. "
