"I was in Santa Barbara for a training, and the Casa Jardin fit my needs perfectly. It was a comfortable space to sleep that appears to have been recently remodeled. I did not need a large room, and even for a smaller sized room, there was still sufficient space for a kitchenette and a sizable bathroom. I did not feel cramped. "Hi! we booked for six but had just four. The listing said 3 beds and 3 baths. But the house had only 2 baths which made it tighter than expected, so I'm super glad there were 2 less people. The number of baths was super important and the primary reason I booked it instead of hotel. "Very comfortable home and fabulous view. We were a little alarmed when we arrived and just saw a dirt/gravel driveway and no house!. We found it with no problem and there was plenty of parking. We also loved being able to have our dogs with us. It was a great location for a family wedding with many events taking place downtown."

"The property is exactly as described. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. And easy access to downtown Montecito. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The owners were upstairs but have a separate driveway and entry to their home. We saw them twice during our one week stay (very briefly). Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again. "
