The next morning I reported the issues and requested toilet paper; staff brought one roll and said they’d send housekeeping. Later that evening the room had not been cleaned. I found a live cockroach on the floor, trapped it under a cup, and left it there. At checkout I reported the uncleaned room and the cockroach; the front-desk staff apologized verbally but offered no remedy or compensation. I have photos of the cockroach."
