We walked everywhere. Super coose distance to the beach and the funk zone. All appliances are new and modern but with a really cool vintage look.If you like a firmer pillow bring your own, that would be my only “complaint”.It is right next to the train station which can be a little loud but it didn’t really bother us. SB is such a safe place to walk around. The apartment is very very clean a little modern vintage feel.
