It's very quite, with a dark, starlit night sky and a serene view with a cute balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Online description is very accurate with one large room and en-suite bath. Everything is in top condition. Stunning views to the mountains and overlooking the city and ocean. Views are definitely reminiscent of Tuscany. The place is cutely furnished and had all amenities you need. The bed is comfortable. The balcony was lovely to relax on and watch the sunset.The area is QUIET, very peaceful. Quick access to downtown, the beach, or beautiful trails nearby.Mindy is an extremely kind and gracious host.
