Then, a very short walk to the beach (2 or 3 minutes, depending on how well you walk thru loose sand). It is almost like having your own private beach. The kitchen is very well appointed. The only "issue" we have was that you do hear every footfall from anyone staying above you. When we were there the people above did quiet down and likely put the kids to bed by 10:00, the posted quiet time. Your parking is covered.
