« When they say steps away from the beach, they mean it. It was very convenient and just our pace. I was disappointed to see off shore oil rigs in the distance. Watch out for beach tar. Carp is a great little town with good restaurants and ten minutes from Santa Barbara. Santa Barbara airport is so easy to get in and out of. If you want a quiet slow pace beach stay, this is a great option. »

« Great stay! Incredible location, with everything we could need included, and very clean. They had beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, books and puzzles to use. The pool and patio area were very nice as well. Robert was a great communicator! Close to the beach, the train station, and downtown. We didn’t even need a car. The community was very welcoming and helpful, too! »

« My husband and I found this to be a wonderful condo to stay in. Across the street from the beach is the main reason we stay here. There is just one change we would love to see happen and that would be the bed. It has a high frame making the mattress sit up high and it is difficult to get up and onto. The frame, pretty to look at, but has sharp wood squared cornors, which I hit hard,,,,ouch, when making the bed the first night. Was very careful after that LOL, »

« The condo was clean and in close proximity to the beach and eateries. The condo was quite and felt very safe. It was nice to have a designated parking space, which made it so easy. The host was quick to answer questions. The only issue, it was very hot in the condo due to the weather. Unfortunately, because it is coastal, the condo does not have a/c, only fans. During the time we stayed it was particular hotter than normal, the fans did not seem to help with cooling the place down. However, I...

« This listing was as advertised and more. My Wife and I found the Condo cute, quiet and very quaint . It's well stocked with supplies for the beach as well as the kitchen needs. There is a short walk to the beach ( one block ) easy access to stores and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet once the Sun goes down. »
