Our studio is furnished with a queen bed, sofa bed (full), bath w tub, view deck, TV, and off street parking. Dogs are welcome-max 2 dogs. ($75 flat rate/one time pet fee.) We were attending an event in Santa Barbara and the location was perfect. Easy access to SB. We had a great time walking down the street to the Summerland Cafe, Rusty’s Pizza and Lookout Park. The Proximity to Santa Barbara and Montecito was perfect. It made for a perfect retreat from the frenetic energy of my niece’s wedding. It was quiet and relaxing and really just lovely. Reserved this stay for a long weekend with three other girlfriends. The stay was exactly as advertised, with plenty of snacks, suggestions, and a gorgeous view. The host was also very communicative and kind, and even dropped off a bottle of wine. Summerland itself is adorable and we were pleasantly surprised just how close Santa Barbara and Montecito were (just a few minutes).
