« Such a great apartment located in a very central area of Carpinteria. The walk to the beach was a few blocks away, but we just use our wagon and it didn't feel like an overwhelming walk. With younger kids, you may want to park closer to the beach. It was nice to go downtown or go grocery shopping and not have to drive, just a short walk. The apartment was super cute and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back again soon! »

« Communication was excellent! The house was very clean, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Like others have said the bathroom is small, and it is an interesting layout where you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to main areas from the back bedroom.Beds were comfortable but the sofa sleeper mattress is a bit thin. Although it’s close to a gas station the home was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful. We hope to stay here again. »

« We had a great stay! The unit was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked for making meals, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the apartment was nicely decorated. We loved the location near the beach and salt marsh too. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again! »

« The property was just as advertised. A clean, comfortable apartment that I would love to stay at again. The town had everything we needed and the beach was just a few steps away. Highly recommend staying here. I wish we had stayed longer but we were here only for UCSB graduation weekend. »

« Very comfortable apartment. Loved being a block from the beach and within walking distance of town, restaurants and train. Nice to have laundry facility on premises. WiFi dropped a couple of times during our 2 day/2 night stay and it's an apartment complex, so there was neighbor noise from time to time, but location and comfort more than balanced those things out. Would definitely stay again! »

« This was a perfect spot for our family with two active young kids. Lots to do from bike riding, to the beach days! The location was truly a two minute walk to the beach and the beach was clean pretty and just enough waves for our kids to boogie board for hours. There were plenty of good restaurants in Carpinteria that was serving outdoors or take out which made it easy and safe. »
