The location was close to the pier, beach and walkable to many restaurants. The room was spacious and they have bikes you can use to cruise around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

I like that I finally found a property with a ktchen unit that actually had all the kitchen cooking utensils and pots and pans required in the suite.
Really enjoyed the pool and spacious room too.

We would stay at this establishment again in a heartbeat! They were able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in, added both a fridge and microwave, and had some small courtesy snacks and hot beverages available in the lobby.
My only recommendation would be to add laptop compatible in-room safes to each room.

We were evacuated from our holiday accommodations in Montecito due to heavy rains. The Holiday Inn allowed us to check in at 8am and spend the rainy March day comfortable and safe. Very much appreciated!
