"It is your classic, basic place to stay. Remember that it is an older property and they are still working on upgrades. The pool was great and clean, be sure to ask for pool towels from the desk. Glad there was a fridge, no microwave though. The restaurant was over priced for what you get, but I guess its also priced for convenience. There are cigarette butts EVERYWHERE which kind of deterred some of the loveliness from the grounds. The foliage and flora on the property was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were wonderful and attentive. The water pressure in our room was atrociously strong. I got a sunburn and could barely handle it . At the end, solid 4/5 in our opinion."

"Two hours north of LA there’s a town called Ojai that epitomizes the laid back, California vibe. The Ojai Valley Inn and Resort is a must visit if you’re coming to check out Ojai. Everything about it is first class. The rooms, food, golf, spa and most importantly the people are exactly what you want in a five star getaway. Our second visit but not our last."
