The views from my balcony were beautiful. The valet staff were awesome. Monique at the front desk was rude and stand offish while I was checking out this morning. No smile, no welcome, not great customer service. She acted like I was bothering her. The young lady who checked me in Tuesday was awesome. She was always smiling and very professional. Even when I walked pass the desk in the mornings to leave out she would smile and say good morning. My exit today on Friday, not great from the front desk but valet made me smile. The onsite restaurant my first day the bartender was horrible and dismissive as if I wasn’t there. I almost left. I came back on Weds to see if I would have a different experience and I did. Rick was absolutely awesome. He came to my table and greeted me. He checked on me to see if I needed anything else and provided awesome customer service. The food was delicious. To the check in staff on Tuesday, the valet workers and Rick in the restaurant THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Took a trip out for my birthday and didn’t expect a less experienced hotel. I thought they would give me an all out experience for my birthday. The hotel looked nice and very close to the beach. Only thing I liked besides the view. The room I got wasn’t what I thought or hoping for. Room itself wasn’t clean. Curtían and door were dirty. Some area looked rusty and need to be replaced. All doors kept slamming which didn’t let us sleep well or thought out. Towels were not clean either. I saw and found stains on them. I didn’t have a good birthday here to be honest. I will not come back here for another stay.
