Carleton Place Vacation Rentals

Great retreat in Lanark. We needed some downtime after a difficult move and we were treated to a relaxing restful stay. Host Robert was at our beck and call. We stayed in the pool suite which was lovely, quiet and restful. The morning breakfast was exceptional. Covid 19 rules were strictly enforced, but did not hamper our enjoyment in any way.

Building seemed very new and well maintained. Great central location. Stay was okay. The friendliest person was our room cleaner! The lady who checked in was kind of miserable and the lady who check us out was nice enough but stressed out because of an incoming wedding party.

Overall, it is good hotel with good and clean suits. However, the vending machines at this hotel do not offer bottled drinking water, only soda, energy and sports drinks. It was a bad experience for us. Also, the restaurant staff, who work during breakfast, could be more gentle and attentive.

It was in excellent condition. Safety in the bathroom was well thought out. Cross-ventilation for fresh air was present and appreciated

Easy check-in with very friendly front desk staff. Hotel was very clean and room was well-equipped and comfortable.

Everything was fine the only slight quibble i have was that cleaner mops were dirty and left dirt swirls on the floor

Great staff, location and amenities. Always excellent value!

Good location

Beautiful property and rooms. Very cool that it has its own personal bar on the property.

Very nice! There is not one complaint I can think of! Parking was great. Check in was quick and smooth, staff is kind and the room is very clean!

Was pleasantly suprised by the hotel. The only thing that would have made it a perfect stay is, I always sleep with a fan and they didn't have any in the hotel to let us use. Other then that nice hotel, Great staff and great hot breakfast.

Close to an event we were attending.

This hotel was perfect. Great location, friendly and helpful staff and clean! We would definitely stay here again!
