"Our Stay was great. We came for a concert and were greeted with smiles. Check in was quick and easy. Tetiana and another woman were our initial contacts. They were so nice and full of information. They helped us out with a local shuttle service which helped us get to and from the concert safely. The next morning Tetiana greeted me while i was getting coffee. Im not a morning person so i probably wasnt as friendly but she really did make me feel like we knew each other forever!! I would say she is a wonderful asset to the hotel! The breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner works great as it was 40+ degree weather! Will definitely be our go to hotel when staying in Kanata! "

"Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Service was excellent. Front desk employee ,Paul, was amazing, friendly and beyond helpful. There are lots of restaurants & shopping closeby. The Lionel Brasserie in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of meals...eat elsewhere. Pool and gym were adequate. Transportation by bus/ train to Ottawa was easy to use . Bus station is beside the hotel. I would definitely return !"
