The room was exceptionally neat. It was a much larger room than expected. The room was mostly well-equipped. It was missing a spare blanket, and could have used a second comfortable sitting-chair. The one glaring omission was that there was NO shower curtain ( I had to search for someone to provide one).

Great Location, typical motel
Pros: Great location, room was ready to check-in early, woman at front desk was friendly and helpful, microwave/fridge in the room. Cons: Very thin walls- could hear the TV in the room next door until late in the night, room wasn't all that clean- there was a hairball stuck to the wall in the bathroom Overall, I think you get what you pay for. The room was dated and a little bit dirty, but the location and price were great, so it worked well for what we needed.

Great spot, just need to pay attention to details
This motel is located in a great spot on the mid Cape on beautiful property. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a strong smell of must. We dropped off our things, opened the window and turned the bathroom fan on. Came back 5 hours later and still smelled musty. The room had been updated recently and the room looked clean. The bathroom had some dead bugs on the vanity, leading us to believe that no one had stayed in this room for a while, as it was a seemingly a handicapped room.The towels were clean and smelled like bleach, however the shower curtain had multiple gray stains on it. The AC/radiator floor unit was very dusty with some sort of debris, and seemingly untouched for a while, so I was afraid to turn the heat on when it got to 45 degrees that night. And clearly the tip envelope had been a permanent part of the room as it was stained and wrinkled, so I did the next guest a favor threw it out and left the cash tip for the cleaner on the dresser. The same front desk staff from the day was there at check out, and did not ask me how was stay was, so I didn't say anything.
