"Stayed here for the weekend of NY State Fair-hotel was wonderful-from the moment we walked in, hotel smelled clean and fresh, room was clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and courteous. There’s a little area near front desk where you can purchase drinks, snacks, and other necessities. Good buffet breakfast. Property is well maintained, location is convenient, close to Destiny Mall. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"I was in Syracuse to drop off my daughter at school and The Parkview Hotel was the perfect place to stay. Our room was spacious and nicely updated. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel and we were in walking distance to some very nice restaurants. "

"A nice hotel for college drop off. The room was extremely clean. The AC was a little loud but otherwise a comfortable stay. Breakfast was full with hot food options (Belgian waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage) and standard other fare (cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, bread assortment). They hotel seems to be undergoing renovations and will be back!"

"Love all of the Tru hotels--clean, modern, nice amenities and lounge/game area. And the most creative marketing. Rooms are bright & clean with cool features. Especially love the lemon body wash. Great breakfast with fresh yogurt and lots of options. One of the best free breakfasts at a hotel chain "
