"Staying at Chateau Tivoli was like stepping into a beautifully preserved piece of history. This Victorian-era mansion offers a rare blend of elegance, charm, and warmth.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like honored guests in a private home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the stately double parlor with wine and cheese, and the breakfast was both delicious and thoughtfully presented.

"For the price, this place is 5 stars. However you need to bring the mindset that you are in the Tenderloin. Once inside the hotel, it is safe and welcoming. Staff were excellent. You are also near the 49 bus and bart station. Food options were average nearby. They do have a microwave on the mezzanine level. Contrary to the hotel listing, they do provide bed sheets. Beds were great and room condition for the price was great. WiFi is fast, about 100Mbps down and 75 up. I was able to work from this hotel with no issues."
