"It's not in a great area and it's an older hotel, but rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Parking was a bit of a challenge as there's not many spaces and it's quite full by evening time. We were just there for a quick one night stay so didn't try breakfast. We would probably stay again. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at Divya Sutra Hotel. Basic amenities that should be standard were missing — there was no water bottle or even toothpaste provided in the room. I had specifically paid extra for a “city view” room, but the reality was completely different. The view was mostly blocked by small walls, nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It felt misleading and not worth the extra cost at all. On top of that, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were poor. The corridor had a really bad smell, and the elevators were not clean either. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as it does not meet even basic expectations."
