"Everything was great except for the dogs by the pool bar barking like crazy and then at 4 o’clock in the morning another dog in the hotel barking for a good 25 minutes that was the biggest downfall"

"Beautiful place right across from the beach!! Tons of board games, towels and kitchen tools!! They have beach chairs, umbrellas…. It’s loaded!!! Watch the waves from the deck or even the kitchen. We will be back :)"

"Nice spacious condo on the beach. The beach is nice and the condo is fully stocked. The owner advised on day before arrival that there was work being done in the complex but she did not think it would impact our stay. Unfortunately on Monday morning at 8am they started chipping the old stucco off our specific condo with what sounded like a jackhammer. One of the crew took his lunch on the front porch. The towels in the bathroom smelled like stale cigarette smoke when they got wet and the bathtub did not drain well. I would think about staying again once the outside work was done."

"Plenty of room! We stayed for my daughter's birthday weekend, there were 9 of us total. Everyone had room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a big hit and both clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and enjoying the weather while the girls swam. They found some board games to play. Fantastic for our weekend getaway. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, check in/out instructions were easy to follow. Owners were very communicative and checked in during our stay to make aure everything was good."

"The pool was very nice and the room was clean. The hosts were nice and gave us tips about restaurants to visit. The room is small, but it is perfect for two people. Downtown St Augustine is a 20 minute drive and a beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk from the room."

"Property was very nice ,View of ocean beautiful! Ideally located to the beach. A 15 minute ride to St. Augustine tourist area .Rooms were clean, one bed could use a new mattress. The rest were fine. two rooms had no closet . Kitchen cookware needed update. Tough to thoroughly clean because they were so old. Bring Brillo. Host was great with communicating. Air conditioning worked perfect. Hot tub was fine as well as pool. Stayed with 12 of us there which was comfortable and lots of fun. We rented beach chairs locally that were delivered right to the house. Overall a positive experience"
