The hotel was clean, quiet and friendly staff. Construction was going on next door but can't hear annoying. I was not informed the $25 a night parking was mandatory, the site said the charge was for covered valet. I probably would have chose a different hotel had I know since I stayed 8 days.

Nice property and walking distance to downtown. Only thing to be aware of was the parking charge. Online it said valet was optional but they require you to valet park for an additional $25 dollars a night. Which could add up if you are there for a number of nights.

I would never believe that I’d pay $400/night from what essentially is a motel… No one helped with our luggage, we arrived around 11pm and I was carrying my 6yo son because he was asleep, and the only person at the reception left me waiting standing like an idiot while she was giving treats to a dog!! Then we went to our room which was spacious but had a hideous bathtub and the ventilation was not working. I really can’t understand how the hospitality industry is getting away with charging these ridiculous amounts per night for such low quality hotels and services…

We were here just over night on our way to S Carolina. We loved it was dog friendly for our little girl. Also that breakfast was included so we didn’t have to go out. Room was beautiful and clean. I would stay here again; maybe on way back to Florida.
